The Accumulation Conveyor reduces downtime in your packaging and filling line by buffering cans or bottles between different phases of the process.

With the integration of the Accumulation Conveyor, the operator has time to change labels without stopping the filling and depalletizing process. This eliminates downtime in your line.

The Accumulation Conveyor is configurable in different sizes and line configurations. The double-lane configuration can buffer up to 100 units, while the triple-lane configuration can buffer up to 200 units. Additionally, the Accumulation Conveyor can be extended in 500mm increments to accommodate more units, tailored to the specific needs of your filling line.

What is a Accumulation conveyor?

The accumulation conveyor, also known as a buffer table, buffers your products within the filling line. This means that when the operator needs time to change labels, the filler doesn’t have to be stopped. Instead, the accumulation table buffers the products, allowing the entire process to continue without interruption.

How many products can the Accumulation conveyor buffer?

The accumulation table can buffer up to 200 products (standard can size) in the triple-lane configuration. The double-lane configuration has a buffer capacity of up to 100 units.

If needed it is also possible to extend the buffer table to increase the capacity.

How is the Accumulation operated?

The Accumulation conveyor is designed for plug-and-play operation. Simply turn on the accumulation table, and it will start running without any further complications.
