The process begins with the automated pallet infeed system, where a full pallet is loaded into the machine. Once the pallet is secured, the ZACD 12,000 takes complete control. The machine automatically handles the removal of top frame sheets, sweeps the first layer of cans, and efficiently handles inner layer sheets using its vacuum system. These sheets are transferred to the slip sheet holder.

This depalletizer is engineered for speed, processing multiple layers per minute with accuracy. When the pallet is fully depalletized, the machine automatically repositions the top sheet, lowers the empty pallet, and moves in the new full pallet. The automated pallet stacker then organizes the empty pallets, further reducing the need for manual labor.
