Optimize and automate the infeed of your filling process with our Can depalletizer

Enhance the efficiency of your canning line with our advanced Can depalletizer. This automatic packaging machine is designed to streamline the infeed of your filling line, making it faster and more reliable.

To begin, the operator simply enters the packaging type into the HMI-screen on the depalletizer machine. Once this is set, a full-height pallet can be loaded into the Can depalletizer. After closing the door and pressing start, the depalletizer machine takes over, performing all the necessary tasks for you.

The Can depalletizer starts by removing the top frame sheet if needed and sweeping off the first layer of containers. After this, it uses its vacuum system to pick up the innerlayer sheets, which are then moved to the slipsheet holder.

The Can depalletizer efficiently processes up to two layers per minute. Once the pallet is fully depalletized, the top sheet is placed back on the pallet, which then moves down for removal by the operator, who can then load a new pallet.

Our depalletizer machine is highly configurable with various options, allowing us to meet your specific requirements. Whether for canning or other filling lines, it’s the perfect addition to any canning equipment setup, ensuring a seamless and automated operation.

FAQ - Can depalletizer

A Can depalletizer is a machine designed to transfer cans from a stacked pallet onto a conveyor belt, initiating the filling and packaging process. This automated system increases efficiency and reduces manual labor in the production line.

Yes, the Zomerdijk Engineering can depalletizer is designed to be adjustable to your products. This means it can handle various can sizes and types. Additionally, the depalletizer can also manage other packaging materials besides cans. This versatility makes it suitable for different industries and types of packaging.

Yes, the depalletizer automatically removes the slipsheets during the depalletizing process and buffers them on a horizontal or vertical frame, where they can be removed later.

Yes, just like the slipsheets, the depalletizer can automatically remove the top frame from the pallet. After fully depalletizing, it will drop the metal frame onto the empty pallet, making it easy to remove.

The depalletizer is designed with lean principles in mind, ensuring a continuous process that makes it as easy as possible to operate. The HMI interface clearly guides you on how to operate the machine. Simply load the pallet into the depalletizer, press start on the HMI screen, and the depalletizer will handle the rest.

The depalletizer requires only standard maintenance, which involves lubricating the bearings. The chains are designed to be long-lasting and do not require replacement under normal operating conditions. This ensures minimal maintenance efforts and long-term reliability for your equipment.

The depalletizer is made from stainless steel.

The depalletizer operates across various industries, including beer and brewing, beverages, and household products. It efficiently handles and sweeps off a wide range of packaging types that are suited for the Can depalletizer.
