Automate the infeed of your filling proces with the Glass Depalletizer ZAGD 6.000

Automate the infeed of your glass filling line with the ZAGD 6.000 Glass Depalletizer. This depalletizer can handle speeds of up to 6,000 units per hour. The ZAGD 6.000 is fully automatic, sweeping glass packaging directly from the pallet onto the conveyor, which then transports the glass into your filling process.

Once a full pallet of glass is loaded into the depalletizer, the operator only needs to close the door and press ‘start.’ The depalletizer will automatically remove the top sheet and sweep two layers of glass off the pallet in under a minute. Between each layer, the interlayer sheets are picked up and neatly stored in the interlayer sheet holder.

Once the pallet is fully emptied, the operator will be notified to remove the empty pallet. A new full pallet of glass can then be loaded, and the process starts again.

While loading a new pallet, the depalletizer maintains a buffer of glass packaging on the conveyor, ensuring a consistent infeed of materials into your filling line.

Zomerdijk Engineering’s depalletizers are designed to meet your specific production space and material requirements. That’s why we offer up to 34 different configurations to ensure a seamless fit for your operation.
