The Twist Rinser efficiently transports packaging between different levels while cleaning the cans with water or ionized air. It offers configurable options tailored to your needs.

The Twist rinser connects between your depalletizer and conveyor system. After the depalletizing process, the cans roll into the Twist rinser and rotate 180 degrees. When the cans are upside down, water or ionized air is blown into them to clean them before filling. After rinsing, the cans are twisted further and placed onto the conveyor belt, ready for the filling line.

If you need to operate different sizes of cans on your filling line, the Twist rinser can be quickly changed over in just 5 seconds. This quick-change system is suitable for up to 4 different can sizes. If you need to transport more can sizes, the vertical conveyor is your solution.

Additionally, we offer cleaning options using ionized air and water, providing comprehensive solutions for your packaging needs.

What is a Twist rinser?

The Twist rinser transports cans from high to low by gravity. As the cans are moved downward to the conveyor belt, they are cleaned with water or ionized air.

Can the Twist rinser handle various sizes and types of packaging?

The Twist rinser is custom-made for each type of packaging. If you have multiple packaging types on your line, you can use the quick-change Twist rinser. With the quick-change Twist rinser, you can switch between different packaging types in under ten seconds.

Becaus the Twist rinsers are designed to fit your product we can handle different types of packaging. But we advise to make use of the vertical conveyor if your packaging is fragqaile or in a unique shape

Where in my proces can the Twist rinser be implimented?

The Twist Rinser can be implemented between the Can Depalletizer and the conveyor. While the cans are transported through the Twist Rinser, they can be effectively cleaned using either ionized air or water.

How many types of packaging can the Quick change rinser handle?

We advise to handel a maximum of 4 types of types of packaging with the quick change rinser. If you want to handle more we advise you to consider the vertical conveyor. This machines uses a gripper belt to move the products, this means it can handle every type of packaging.

Which should I choose: ionized air or water rinsing?

We advise choosing ionized air rinsing over water rinsing. This is because ionized air is more effective at removing dust particles and microorganisms. The electrostatic charge in ionized air attracts and retains contaminants, making them easier to remove.
