FAQ - Twist rinser

The Twist rinser transports cans from high to low by gravity. As the cans are moved downward to the conveyor belt, they are cleaned with water or ionized air.

The Twist rinser is custom-made for each type of packaging. If you have multiple packaging types on your line, you can use the quick-change Twist rinser. With the quick-change Twist rinser, you can switch between different packaging types in under ten seconds.

We advise to handel a maximum of 4 types of types of packaging with the quick change rinser. If you want to handle more we advise you to consider the vertical conveyor. This machines uses a gripper belt to move the products, this means it can handle every type of packaging.

We advise choosing ionized air rinsing over water rinsing. This is because ionized air is more effective at removing dust particles and microorganisms. The electrostatic charge in ionized air attracts and retains contaminants, making them easier to remove.
