Optimize and automate the infeed of your filling process with our Glass Depalletizer

The automatic Glass depalletizer is designed to automate the infeed of your filling line, making it faster and more efficient.

The operator simply enters the packaging type into the HMI screen on the depalletizer. Once this is set, a full-height pallet can be loaded into the glass depalletizer. After closing the door and pressing start, the depalletizer takes over, performing all the necessary tasks for you.

The glass depalletizer starts by removing the top frame sheet if needed and sweeping off the first layer of glass packaging. After this, it uses its vacuum system to pick up the interlayer sheets, which are then moved to the slipsheet holder.

The glass depalletizer efficiently processes up to two layers per minute. Once the pallet is fully depalletized, the top sheet is placed back on the pallet, which then moves down for removal by the operator, who can then load a new pallet in to the depalletizer.

Our depalletizer machine is highly configurable with various options, allowing us to meet your specific requirements. Whether for bottling or other filling lines, it’s the perfect addition to any bottling equipment setup, ensuring a seamless and automated operation.

FAQ - Glass depalletizer

A glass depalletizer is a machine designed to transfer various types of glass packaging from a stacked pallet onto a conveyor belt, initiating the filling and packaging process.

Yes, the Zomerdijk Engineering glass depalletizer is designed to handle various types of glass packaging. This means that different glass containers can all be processed by the same glass depalletizer.

Yes, the glass depalletizer automatically removes the slipsheets during the depalletizing process and buffers them on a horizontal or vertical frame, where they can be removed later.

Yes, just like the slipsheets, the glass depalletizer can automatically remove the top frame from the pallet. After fully depalletizing, it will drop the metal frame onto the empty pallet, making it easy to remove.

Yes, we also have half height glass depalletizers.

The glass depalletizer is designed with lean principles in mind, ensuring a continuous process that makes it as easy as possible to operate. The HMI interface clearly guides you on how to operate the machine. Simply load the pallet into the depalletizer, press start on the HMI screen, and the depalletizer will handle the rest.

The depalletizer requires only standard maintenance, which involves lubricating the bearings. The chains are designed to be long-lasting and do not require replacement under normal operating conditions. This ensures minimal maintenance efforts and long-term reliability for your equipment.

The Glass depalletizer can handle various types glass packaging like jars, olive oils botlles, Juice bottles and many more. The Depalletizer is oparating in various industries like Food (soup jars), Beverage, Spirits, Edible Oils

A robot depalletizer uses robotic arms to precisely pick and transfer individual or multiple layers of products from a pallet, offering high flexibility and efficiency for various product types but at a higher cost. In contrast, a sweep-off depalletizer employs a sweeping mechanism to push products off the pallet in layers, making it cost-effective and efficient for handling uniform, high-volume products, though it is less adaptable to different product shapes and sizes.
