The process starts with the automated pallet infeed system, where a full pallet of glass is loaded into the machine. Once the pallet is secured, the ZAGD 12.000 takes full control. The machine automatically removes the top frame sheets, sweeps off the first layer of glass packaging, and efficiently handles the interlayer sheets using its vacuum system, placing them in the slip sheet holder.

Engineered for speed and precision, this depalletizer processes multiple layers per minute. Once the pallet is fully depalletized, the machine automatically repositions the top sheet, lowers the empty pallet, and brings in a new full pallet. The automated pallet stacker then organizes the empty pallets, further reducing the need for manual labor.
